No. 8 Treasure Hunt

This one is a little different than normal. Listed are three sentences taken from documents from Exaflop, you must use all your guile and cunning to track them down and send the document titles to the entry address. The sentences contain enough information to help you whilst still remaining vague.

1. There are two main methods we can use to calculate the new vertex positions for our 3D mesh, we can either do it mathematically or by successive approximation.
2. From now on we recursively pick a polygon from each list to be a splitting node used to partition the polygons remaining in the list into two new lists.
3. Often though the Windows versions are not as powerful, do not integrate as well, and probably most importantly, they are not free.

Answers should be sent to brainteaser@exaflop.org, the names of all correct responses will be listed on the solution page. The person first giving the correct solution will of course receive Fame and Accolade but unfortunately no cash, because we don't have any.

The brainteaser is a regular Exaflop feature intended to keep your brain from freezing up. If you have managed to get this far on the web you clearly can't be using it properly. Suggestions for future brainteasers are urgently required before we run out of ideas, suggestions can be sent to brainteaser@exaflop.org.
